CANCELLATION POLICY

ULTIMAKES believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

In the case of order cancellations by the customer before shipping, a flat charge of 15%  will be levied on the invoice amount.
In case of Seller cancellation, No Charges will be levied on the Customer.
After the order has been shipped: In case the order is cancelled by the customer then a charge of 15% on the invoice amount would be levied along with that, Customer will have to pay both forward and return shipping cost to the seller for replacement/cancellation/return.
The seller can cancel an order on account of non-availability of stock or other genuine reasons.
In the case of Natural Calamities / Strike or any unforeseen situation, we can cancel an order by confirming with the Customer.

 

RETURN POLICY

There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. In such event, we will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost.
Please notify us of receipt of a Defective product within maximum 48 hours of delivery.
Returns would be accepted if a wrong product shipped, we will arrange for return pickup and make a replacement at no extra cost.

Under no circumstances cash refund will be processed, customer can buy products in lieu of the returned product.

Products/Items should be UNUSED. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage to goods in transit.
Reverse shipping has to be done by the consumer and shipping charges will be borne by the customer. However, if the consumer is unable to arrange for the pickup, and the company arranges the reverse pickup of the product, then reverse shipping charges will be subtracted from the Final payout.
The customer must confirm the reverse shipping charges before requesting the company to arrange for the reverse pickup.
